Lunchtime Supervisor

Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Kidderminster area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in creating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime environment.The successful applicant will supervise pupils during lunchtime, support positive behaviour and ensure children are safe and happy both in the dining area and on the playground.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervising pupils during lunchtime and playSupporting children in the dining hallEncouraging positive behaviour and good mannersEnsuring pupils follow school rules and safety proceduresResponding appropriately to minor incidentsSupporting children to have a positive lunchtime experienceLiaising with teachers and school staff when requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will:Enjoy working with childrenBe friendly, approachable and patientHave good communication skillsBe reliable and responsibleBe confident managing groups of childrenHave a positive and proactive attitudeIdeally have previous experience working with childrenWhy work with Smile Education?Smile Education are an agency with a difference.
