Lunchtime Supervisor - Primary SchoolNorth Manchester Part-Time November to End of Academic YearAspire People are recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to support a welcoming primary school in North Manchester from November through to the end of the academic year.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work during school hours and who enjoys working with children.The Role: Supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play Helping maintain a safe and positive environment Supporting children during lunch and social times Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners Monitoring pupils during indoor and outdoor activities Supporting children with minor disagreements and friendship issues Ensuring school expectations are followed Reporting any concerns to the appropriate member of staff Working as part of the wider school teamThe Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children is desirable Confident supervising groups of primary-aged children Calm, patient and approachable Able to manage behaviour positively Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 11:20am - 1:20pm 10 hours per week Starting November Continuing until the end of the academic yearWhy Work with Aspire People?
