We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our warm and friendly team. This position is a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils during lunchtime, providing them with a positive and enjoyable dining experience within the Llanelli and Burry port areas

About the role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will oversee and support our students during their lunch break, both in the dining area and on the playground. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a calm and respectful lunchtime atmosphere, assisting with lunch service, and engaging the children in various recreational activities. This role presents a wonderful opportunity to connect with our lovely student community and contribute to their happiness and welfare.

 Requirements

Key responsibilities

As Lunchtime Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Supervise and monitor students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and adherence to school rules.
  • Assist with lunch service, ensuring that the dining area remains clean and orderly.
  • Organize and engage students in enjoyable recreational activities during their break.
  • Foster positive behavior and encourage a respectful and friendly lunchtime environment.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to relevant staff members promptly.

Salary

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
