The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, reviewing and managing project documentation, ensuring complete, accurate and compliant Lifetime Records are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Review contractual requirements for Lifetime Records (LTRs), preparing documentation indexes, file structures and submission packages in accordance with client specifications. Collate, compile and review quality documentation from Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams, ensuring records are complete, accurate, approved and compliant with project requirements. Coordinate client reviews of Lifetime Records, managing documentation queries, corrections and approvals whilst maintaining accurate records of progress and outstanding actions.
