resource base provision . This long-term role involves working

1:1 with students who have additional needs , supporting both their learning and emotional development.You’ll be part of a close-knit team that includes pastoral and teaching staff, providing tailored support for students with a range of needs, including

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ,

SEMH , and

speech and language difficulties . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a SEND or care setting who is now looking to further their impact within education.Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 support to students with SEND, primarily in

Key Stages 3 and 4Supporting emotional regulation and encouraging positive behaviourHelping students access learning and develop essential life skillsWorking collaboratively with the resource base and wider school teamEncouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in studentsWe’re looking for someone who has:

Experience supporting young people with SEND in a school or care environmentKnowledge of Autism, SEMH, and other common learning needsA calm, proactive, and compassionate approach to supportStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetAn understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeingWhat we offer:
