This beautifully located school specializes in supporting secondary aged students with Social, Emotional andamp; Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, offering small class sizes and a nurturing environment where every student is valued.

Contract: Full time , long term andndash; ASAP start

Salary: andpound;70 - andpound;110 per day

Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them build confidence and achieve their potential.
• Work closely with experienced teachers and staff in small class settings to ensure an inclusive learning experience.
• Adapt to different learning styles, offering encouragement and emotional support.
• Foster a calm and structured learning environment while maintaining patience and resilience.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience supporting students with SEMH difficulties (preferred).
• A reliable, adaptable, and calm approach to working with young people. Ability to build positive relationships and encourage student progress.
