A welcoming and inclusive specialist education setting in  Heybridge, Essex  is looking for a  dedicated, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to join their SEN team this September.  This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with  Special Educational Needs (SEN)  who may have struggled in mainstream education and now need tailored support, understanding, and consistent encouragement to help them re-engage with learning.
