      <description>Location: Maldon | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Permanent | Job Description - Learning Support Assistant (SEN)    Job Title:  Learning Support Assistant (SEN)   Responsible to:  SENCO   Purpose of the Role   To support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in accessing learning, developing independence, and achieving their full potential in a safe and inclusive school environment.   Key Responsibilities    Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN.  Assist teachers in delivering inclusive learning.  Support students'' academic, social, and emotional development.  Help implement individual learning and support plans.  Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and positive behaviour.    Person Specification    Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (desirable).  Good communication and teamwork skills.  Patient, caring, and reliable.  GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).  Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people</description>
