      <description>Location: Upminster | Salary: &amp;pound;85 - &amp;pound;95/day | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant (SEN)    Location:  Upminster Secondary School  Contract:  Full-Time, Term Time Only  Salary:  Competitive (dependent on experience)  We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join our Inclusion Team. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working one-to-one and in small groups to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.   Key Responsibilities    Support students with SEND in lessons and around the school.  Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted support.  Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement.  Monitor student progress and contribute to review meetings.  Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.    The Ideal Candidate    Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable).  Patient, reliable, and committed to supporting students with SEND.
