offering the opportunity to truly make an impact in a young person''s life while working within a dedicated and supportive school team.As an SEMH-focused Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Providing dedicated
1:1 support
to a student with SEMH needs throughout the school day
Helping the student access learning, build confidence, and stay engaged in the classroom
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management using a trauma-informed approach
Assisting during transitions, break times, and other non-structured periods of the school day
Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and pastoral teams to implement tailored strategies and interventions
