The school provides a supportive and nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential.The RoleSupport pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across the school.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.Support pupils with their communication, social, emotional and academic development.Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.Use visual resources, sensory activities and communication aids where appropriate.Encourage pupils'' independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.Assist with personal care where required (training provided if necessary).The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Care ..... full job details .....
