This role would suit someone who enjoys working with young people and can help students build confidence, stay engaged in lessons and become more independent learners. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils who need additional help accessing the secondary curriculum. Your responsibilities will include: Providing individual and small-group learning support. Helping students understand instructions, organise their work and complete classroom tasks. Supporting literacy, comprehension and written work across different subjects. Adapting your approach to pupils'' learning needs, including special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
