A welcoming and well-established  mainstream secondary school in Chelmsford  is looking for a  strong, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to join their Inclusion Team this September.  This is a role where you won''t just be "supporting in class" - you''ll be helping young people remove barriers, build confidence, and actually believe they can succeed.
