These schools value support staff who bring empathy, patience, and flexibility into the classroom—whether providing one-to-one support, assisting small groups, or supporting the whole class alongside the teacher.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a UK secondary school setting (KS3 and/or KS4)

• A proactive, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting individual learning needs

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents

• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, HLTA, or SEN-specific training) are desirable but not essential

• A dedicated consultant available 24/7 to support you throughout the onboarding process
