We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, supporting children with a range of complex needs, including Autism, SEMH and trauma. This role would suit someone who understands that every child is different and who can look beyond behaviour to understand the needs behind it. You will play an important role in helping children feel safe, understood and supported, while encouraging them to develop socially, emotionally and academically. What will you be doing? You will work closely with pupils who may need additional support with their behaviour, emotional wellbeing and learning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building positive relationships, encouraging engagement in education, supporting emotional regulation and helping children develop the confidence and skills they need to progress.
