You ll join a small, multidisciplinary technology team responsible for designing and evolving the platforms the business runs on. Working closely with a senior low code lead, you ll take end to end responsibility for features across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, from initial handover through to release. This is not a ticket driven or build only position. Each feature you own is yours to shape, from understanding the business problem, through technical design and build, to stakeholder communication and delivery. Strong communication is just as important as technical capability. You ll regularly translate technical decisions into plain language, run walkthroughs, and keep non technical stakeholders aligned throughout the lifecycle of your work. The team is also actively expanding its use of AI tooling, and this role will play a hands on part in using AI to improve delivery speed, quality, and ways of working.
