Lounge Chef - London Gatwick Airport Position: Lounge Chef Team Host Line Manager: Kitchen Team Leader Location: Gatwick Airport Contract: Full Time Salary: £15.57 per hour Shift Pattern: Two early shifts (3.30am-1pm), then two late shifts (12.30pm-10pm), then two days off. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing and cooking No1''s food offering Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean Monitoring food stock levels Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
