The working pattern can be agreed across 2 or 3 days between Wednesday and Friday, with 6 hours to be worked on a Fridays. About the role: As the first point of contact for many of our lottery players, you''ll play a vital role in creating exceptional supporter experiences while ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our weekly lottery draw. You''ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Crackerjackpot Lottery, including: Processing lottery payments and maintaining accurate supporter records. Supporting the administration and financial processes required for each weekly draw. Managing lottery entries, raffle responses and prize allocations in line with regulatory requirements.
