Loss Adjusting Operations Manager

Expanding specialist household insurer seeks to appoint National Operations Manager to its Major and Complex Loss Division. You will work alongside the UK Head of Major Loss assisting with the operational and technical management of a national team of home-based adjusters purely handling household property losses in excess of £100,000. The role is home-based, so you can live anywhere, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly. About you: Candidates must have a technical background within domestic major loss work and a proven track record handling claims in excess of £100,000. You should also ideally be ACILA qualified or at least progressing through Cert CILA/Dip CILA. You should also be personally ambitious to match the ethos of our client.
