As a long-term QTS teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3 & KS4 in line with school expectations
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupil progress
• Take responsibility for long-term classroom teaching roles within secondary schools
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school settings
• Work collaboratively with departments to ensure continuity of learning
• Contribute to assessment, marking, and tracking pupil progress where required
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and wider school communities
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and improvement

• Competitive pay: -163 - -230 per day (paid to scale)
