Senior Education Recruitment Consultant - Secondary
London | Warm Desk Billing -5,500 Per Week

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London Head Office and take over a successful Secondary desk currently billing around -5,500 per week.

• Minimum 12 months'' Education Recruitment experience

• Experience recruiting within Secondary education

• Consistent billing history

• Strong client and candidate relationships

• Excellent business development skills

Applications without education recruitment experience will not be considered.

You''ll inherit an established Secondary desk with existing schools and active business from day one.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing existing accounts

• Winning new Secondary school partnerships

• Managing candidate placements

• Visiting schools

• Marketing candidates

• Driving revenue growth

Supported by dedicated Resourcing, Compliance, Marketing, Payroll and IT teams, you''ll spend your time focusing on sales rather than administration.

• Up to -55,000 basic salary

• Warm desk billing -5,500 per week
