Technical Coordinator – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you passionate about design, construction, and turning great ideas into reality We’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to support our Technical Manager and help deliver high-quality developments from concept through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping projects, working alongside some of the best architects, engineers, and contractors in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the key link between design and construction, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing fit-out and S&C packages from the initial design stage all the way through contractor development.

• Producing and signing off development strategies that ensure our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

• Reviewing contractor drawings and technical submittals, collaborating with consultants to make sure designs are practical and buildable.

• Leading and coordinating design meetings with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Liaising with construction, commercial, and sales teams to ensure design intent is achieved and aligned with customer expectations.

• Checking that all designs match our sales brochures and marketing material.

• Developing estate management strategies and delivering training to ensure a seamless handover process.

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a real passion for detail and problem-solving. You should have:

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, preferably in a technical or coordination role.

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to review and comment confidently.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to keep multiple stakeholders on track.

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
