A respected London-based Architecture practice is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support project teams across a diverse portfolio, with a focus on large-scale residential schemes.

You will work across all project stages, supporting Revit modelling, BIM coordination, and information management. This is a hands-on role involving model setup, scripting, clash detection, and contributing to office-wide digital excellence.

What You''ll Need:

• 5+ years Revit experience, ideally on large UK housing projects
• Strong understanding of BIM processes (ISO 19650, COBie, BEPs, EIRs)
• Skilled in Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo/scripting, and model QA
• Bonus: Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power Query, Enscape or 3ds Max
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
