This job is temporary ongoing and is an immediate start. Hours are 5.30am - 2.15pm As a Logistics/Warehouse Operative , you will be an integral part of our Logistics team, reporting to a Logistics Operations Team/Group Leader. You will play a vital role in supporting production through timely and accurate delivery of materials, maintaining world-class stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Whether loading and unloading trailers, picking and supplying parts to line, or investigating inventory discrepancies, your contribution will directly support the production of McLaren''s high-performance sports cars. This is a fast-paced role requiring a keen eye for detail, systematic working, and a commitment to continuous improvement. FLT experience is also desired but not essential.
