We are working alongside a well-established and family-run company in the manufacturing sector, who are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a collaborative and high-performing team. This is a pivotal role within the warehouse and logistics department, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Organising and managing all company transport logistics
- Planning delivery routes and loading schedules, considering weight restrictions and special requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and transport providers
- Managing transport costs and negotiating rates
- Communicating effectively across departments to align on customer requirements, schedules, and any unexpected changes
- Using business systems (including NetSuite) to maintain delivery records, product details, and customer preferences
- Supporting the sales and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
- Handling bespoke and last-minute orders with accuracy and professionalism
Key Skills
- A highly organised, proactive individual who can multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of health & safety practices
- Confidence in geographical awareness and practical route planning
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills
Due to the location, you will need to be a car owner
