You''ll be part of a core operations team, supporting the movement of goods across international markets while learning from experienced professionals.

This is a genuine entry-level role with clear progression. You''ll gain hands-on experience from day one, starting with the fundamentals and developing into a more autonomous role as your skills grow.

The team is also undergoing process improvements and operational development, so we''re looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to contribute-not just follow instructions.

• Preparing and checking shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
• Supporting container bookings with shipping lines and hauliers
• Monitoring shipment schedules, deadlines, and deliveries
• Coordinating with suppliers, depots, and customers
• Communicating with clients and partners to provide updates and resolve queries
• Supporting the team in identifying issues and improving processes

• A degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline or logistics operational experience - 1 year
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• A genuine interest in logistics and a clear motivation for applying
• A proactive mindset-someone who wants to understand why, not just follow processes
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

No prior logistics experience required-full training provided. 1 year logistics experience

• -24,000 starting salary
• 3% pension contribution
• 20 days holiday (rising to 25 after 3 years)
