Krispy Kreme is looking for a Logistics Team Manager to lead, support, and inspire our driver team. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring compliance, meeting delivery deadlines, and creating a positive team culture. This is a key role in making sure our products arrive safely, efficiently, and on time — every time.What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a high-performing driver team through daily communication, pre/post route debriefs, and regular one-to-one check-insManage recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new driversPlan and manage driver rotas four weeks in advance, with contingency planning for absencesFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and pride in delivering great serviceCompliance and Safety
Ensure adherence to road safety laws, DVSA regulations, and company Health and Safety proceduresManage vehicle maintenance, pre/post journey checks, and ensure transport systems are up to dateUse Tachomaster to monitor driving hours and ensure legal complianceLead incident reporting and ensure vehicle CCTV systems are maintainedOperational and Cost Management
Work within a set logistics budget and identify ways to improve cost-efficiencyReduce vehicle damage and fuel costs through training and performance managementAccurately manage invoicing and third-party supplier processesMaintain data accuracy across all route information systemsBrand and Service Standards
Uphold Krispy Kreme brand standards across all logistics operationsEnsure vehicles meet hygiene and presentation standards at all timesGuarantee that all delivery windows are met safely and punctuallySupport timely POS range changes and accurate replenishment of consumables at all ISCsWhat We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and team management experience in a logistics or transport environmentExcellent communication, organisation, and time-management skillsWorking knowledge of legal and safety compliance in transportExperience with transport systems, route planning, and performance reportingNational and/or International CPC qualification is desirablePay and Hours
Competitive salary, paid monthly45 hours per weekFlexibility to work 9-hour shifts 5 days/week, typically between Tuesday and Saturday weekly. Our drivers go out as early as 4am and therefore you will need to be flexible to work between 4am and 4pm daily.Perks and Benefits
