This role is office-based, with attendance required five days per week. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of drivers. Plan and allocate workloads effectively. Ensure delivery and collection services are completed on time. Monitor performance and maintain high service standards. Respond to customer queries and support continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with colleagues and partner organisations. Essential Experience Corporate fleet and logistics management experience. Knowledge of vehicle servicing, MOT requirements, and insurance claims. Understanding of driver compliance, including speeding and vehicle-related regulations.
