Supervise, support, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards. Coordinate logistics activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Monitor service delivery and ensure that all logistics operations comply with organisational policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements. Allocate workloads effectively and provide guidance to team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service quality. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to logistics activities and team performance. Work collaboratively with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes and recommending enhancements. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements, and council standards.
