Logistics Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and optimising supply chain operations, ensuring seamless transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Duties Involved;

• Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
• Carrier related queries.
• Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.

Your profile

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.
