Site Supervisor – Holiday Cover

Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Oxford
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (CIS / UTR)
Working Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours paid)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Oxford on a holiday cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major site with competitive rates and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site logistics operations
• Manage deliveries, traffic flow, and material handling across the project
• Ensure all site access and egress points are operated safely and efficiently
• Maintain and enforce high health & safety standards at all times
• Liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery drivers
• Monitor site activities and report any incidents, hazards, or operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid Gold CSCS Card
• SSSTS Certificate
• Previous experience working in a supervisory role on construction sites
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
• Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
