JML are recruiting for a Logistics / Store Manager in IP17 1UT. Location: IP17 Rate: £27.50 per hour CIS Start Date: ASAP Contract: Project-based with ongoing work Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics / Store Manager to join a large civil engineering project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the site stores, ensuring materials, equipment and documentation are accurately controlled and maintained. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the site stores. Receive, check, record and distribute materials, tools and equipment. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory is properly controlled. Manage store information and records using computer systems. Ensure all equipment and materials are stored safely and correctly. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure records are kept up to date. Ensure compliance with PUWER and COSHH requirements. Liaise with site teams, suppliers and project management to ensure materials and equipment are available when required. Monitor stock levels and identify any shortages or requirements. Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Essential Requirements Proven experience working as a Store Manager / Logistics Manager on a large civil engineering project. PUWER certification and practical experience essential.
