The company operates in more than 100 countries Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumpsEnsure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspectionReceipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documentsPick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatchCoordinate shipping via in-house couriersPick, pack, and ship outbound trade ordersReceive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock awaySystem work (40%)Updating Mymediset/SAP/MovemedicalAdditional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)What you will need to be successful?Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approachComfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with careBasic computer skills, including Outlook and ExcelPrevious experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essentialKnowledge of SAP ideal but not essential. ..... full job details .....
