Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a logistics organisation based at London Gateway.This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading major projects focused on automation, process efficiency, and operational development. Occasional travel across the UK will be required.You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key warehouse and logistics projects, ensuring smooth implementation of automation solutions and process improvements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term business benefit.Key responsibilities:Managing the full project lifecycle for logistics and warehouse initiativesLeading process improvement, customer onboarding, and system implementation projectsOverseeing vendor relationships and coordinating with automation technology providersDriving change management across internal teams and ensuring smooth adoptionMonitoring KPIs and providing regular progress updates to leadershipCoordinating internal resources and cross-departmental input to meet key milestonesWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in delivering projects within warehouse or logistics environmentsPractical knowledge of automation systems and warehouse technologyStrong understanding of WMS platforms and project tracking toolsConfident leading teams and managing change in dynamic operationsSkilled in stakeholder engagement and working across departmentsFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement practicesFull UK driving licenceSalary: £40,000 – £70,000 per year, dependent on experienceLocation: London Gateway (with flexibility for UK travel as needed)Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility required for project delivery, including occasional night shift cover)Benefits include:Company pensionLife insuranceOn-site parkingIf you''re looking to lead meaningful projects in a growing logistics operation with a forward-thinking approach, we’d love to hear from you.
