We need logistical experts to take the helm of our tanker routing and driver coordination. This crucial role in the water industry involves navigating complexity, avoiding pitfalls, and ensuring our fleet operates with clockwork precision.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Route Planning: Architect and re-plan HGV routes to ensure drivers use only approved paths, preventing access to restricted areas and maximising efficiency.Workforce and Compliance Management: Oversee the driver rota, including hours, breaks, rest periods, holidays, and sickness. You will be the guardian of driver regulations, ensuring no hours are exceeded and all rest requirements are met.Operational Documentation: Create comprehensive job packs for drivers. You''ll ensure these are supplied to the Tanker Lead, signed, scanned, and meticulously filed for full audit compliance.Fleet Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate MOTs, servicing, and general maintenance.
