Logistics Operative

The Best Connection are delighted to recruit for our well established and award winning client based in Chichester for experienced Logistics Operatives to join their growing team! The key purpose of this role will be to maintain safety of the warehouse facilities and be responsible for the goods in/out. Own transport would be required due to the location of the role. This is a permanent position available straight away. Main responsibilities include: Accurate record keeping Stock control Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming stockAdhering to Company Health and Safety Liaising with team members on a daily basisMeeting shipping deadlines Attributes required: Excellent attention to detailCan do attitudeTime management skills Previous goods in/logistics experienceForklift license idealMust be physically fit Shift pattern: 7am to 7pm Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and SundayWeek 2 - Wednessday and Thursday You will be working a total of 14 days over a 28 day period Salary: 24,925 to 27,512 depending on experience The successful candidate will benefit from in house training, shift allowance, health cash plan and access to online GP and life assurance.
