As a Logistics Operative in Milton, you will join a professional, clean, and well-organised operation, earning between £28,000 and £31,000 per annum. This full-time role offers consistent shift patterns, either 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00, with overtime available. What you'll be doing
- Receiving and processing incoming goods.
- Loading, unloading and storing materials safely.
- Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Supporting production and customer assembly lines.
- Preparing goods for dispatch.
- Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns.
- Delivering materials to local customer sites when required.
- Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Someone who values quality over rushing the job.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
