They are seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals who have a valid M3 or M1 side loader licence and are confident working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment. Candidate MUST HAVE M3 or M1 side loader licence Position: Logistics Operative Hours: 39 hours per week Shift Pattern: NIGHTS Sunday - Wednesday: 10pm to 6am Thursday: 10pm to 5am Hourly Rate: 13.50 - 14.00 per hour plus 25% shift allowance for night shifts Location: West Bromwich, B70 9PL Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a M3 or M1 side loader Load and unload deliveries and ensure goods are stored correctly. Move materials and products safely around the warehouse and site. Pick, prepare and organise materials for production and dispatch. Complete relevant paperwork and stock control documentation accurately. Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies. Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
