Job Description Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager Location: Bristol Working Pattern: Full Time/Hybrid - 4 days a week on site An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Bristol, supporting our Defence business and wider Rolls-Royce operations. You will lead a team of Shipping and Compliance Controllers, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of parts and engines across our Original Equipment (OE) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations. In this key leadership role, you will oversee logistics performance, regulatory compliance and relationships with third-party logistics providers. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen operational efficiency and develop team capability.
