The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading and developing a team of leaders, driving productivity and KPI performance, and ensuring compliance with customs, health & safety, security and operational standards.

Working closely with Retail, Supply Chain, Risk & Compliance, HR and other key stakeholders, you will maintain effective stock management, support commercial and people performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse management teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Drive productivity, operational performance and KPI achievement across the warehouse operation.
• Ensure warehouse activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company standards.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy and shrinkage controls.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health & safety, security and customs requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning activities.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational standards, audits and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.

About You

• At least 3 years'' experience in a similar logistics or warehouse management role.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Experience working within a compliance-driven environment.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
