Logistics Operations Coordinator Location: Newbury Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover Travel: Monthly travel to Oxfordshire required Full UK Driving Licence EssentialWe are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics operational experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with multiple stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.A key part of the role will be managing the relationship with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, service levels are maintained, and inventory accuracy is upheld across multiple systems. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams and the 3PL partner, helping to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure operational excellence.What You''ll Be DoingActing as the key contact for our 3PL warehouse provider, building strong working relationships and ensuring operational priorities are met.Monitoring daily logistics activities and resolving operational challenges as they arise.Reviewing performance metrics and service levels to ensure targets are achieved.Maintaining accurate inventory records across systems and investigating stock discrepancies.Supporting supply chain planning activities and helping to resolve delivery and stock-related issues.Identifying opportunities to improve ..... full job details .....
