We''re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of a fast-paced transport and delivery operation, leading a team of around 15 people and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service every time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and making a real impact. You''ll oversee fleet operations, delivery performance, compliance and customer satisfaction, while helping shape the future of a growing and ambitious business.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing drivers and logistics teams
• Managing fleet performance, maintenance and vehicle compliance
• Driving delivery efficiency, service improvements and cost control
• Ensuring deliveries are completed in full and on time
• Building strong relationships with customers and third-party carriers
• Overseeing health & safety and transport compliance standards
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, transport or distribution management

• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong understanding of fleet management, delivery operations and route planning
• Commercial awareness with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of transport compliance and health & safety requirements
• Experience using logistics, transport management or ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Resilient and calm under pressure
