This is a long-running freelance role, ideal for someone who knows how to keep a busy city-centre site moving safely and efficiently. The Role You''ll take ownership of all site logistics, making sure materials, trades and deliveries flow smoothly in a constrained urban environment. Working closely with the project and site management team, you''ll be the go-to person for everything that comes on and off site. Key responsibilities include: Planning, scheduling and coordinating all deliveries and collections, including booking systems and time slots Managing loading bays, hoists, goods lifts and material storage areas Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and building management to keep programmes on track Maintaining safe access routes and segregation between pedestrians, vehicles and plant Coordinating waste management and removal Keeping accurate logistics ...
