Materials and Logistics ManagerWe are recruiting an experienced Materials and Logistics Manager to lead materials planning, logistics and warehousing operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure continuous material availability, strong inventory control and efficient logistics execution while leading a team of materials and warehouse professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure uninterrupted material supply to support productionManage supplier call-offs, shortages, expediting and recovery actionsOversee inbound logistics, warehousing, picking and line feedingMaintain accurate MRP data, BOMs and inventory recordsLead and develop teams across shiftsOwn inventory, freight spend and MPandL budgetsDrive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiativesAct as senior escalation point for suppliers and internal stakeholdersSkills and ExperienceProven leadership in materials, logistics or supply chain within automotive manufacturingStrong ERP/MRP knowledge and data-driven decision makingExperience managing warehouse and materials teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable: SAP/QAD experience, IATF 16949 knowledgeBenefitsPrivate medical and dental insuranceEnhanced leave and family benefitsPension, gym membership and wellbeing programmeFree parking, cycle to work scheme and moreIf you are interested in this opportunity please click apply with your up to date CV ..... full job details .....
