This is a senior leadership role on a fast-moving, 24/7 plant with tight next-day delivery commitments and strong existing performance.You''ll lead a team of around 40 across production planning, inbound raw materials, warehouse operations and outbound finished product. That includes daily management of a busy 24/5 warehouse supporting a 24/7 production line. Volumes are high, space is tight and stock moves quickly, so planning accuracy, flow control and operational discipline really matter.You''ll also oversee the on-site 3PL, manage around £5m of inventory, and work closely with production, engineering, quality and central supply chain.
