Reporting into the Head of Logistics based on site and working closely with the Senior Construction Manager to coordinate the externals works package across multiple buildings. With the scale of the project there are essentially sites within sites ! Major Sub-Contract packages worth -3-30 Million for Landscaping, Piling, Earthworks, Drainage , Structural Steel and much more.- Ideally candidates will have major project experience so they understand the importance of team work & comradery on site plus the constant nature or change, variation and adapting to program to keep progress. Its not uncommon for this requirement to amass 40,000 steps on site in a day plus be up and down the project offices. This is NOT a role for someone looking to sit behind a desk and manage from afar.- All the rewards and progression is on offer but the right person will come in prove their worth and the rest will follow.
