They are committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence and investing in the people who help drive business success.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead all logistics and transport activities across the operation.Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, courier networks and transport suppliers.Monitor carrier performance against agreed KPIs and service level agreements.Investigate delivery failures and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.Oversee the company vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant and operationally effective.Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, documentation and defect reporting.Ensure compliance with all transport legislation, operator licence requirements and company policies.Monitor driver compliance, licence checks and vehicle standards.Develop and maintain logistics performance dashboards and reporting.Analyse delivery and operational data to ..... full job details .....
