Logistics Manager Salary: up to £45,000Working pattern: Full-time, office-basedWe re working with a growing business to find a proactive and organised Logistics Manager to oversee its day-to-day logistics operations across the UK and Europe.Working closely with a small, close-knit team, you ll manage and support a Logistics Coordinator while remaining hands-on with the daily operational workload. From coordinating shipments and transport to managing import/export documentation and resolving logistical challenges, you ll play a key role in ensuring products reach customers on time and in line with requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and improving processes within a growing business.The Role As Logistics Manager, you ll be responsible for coordinating the movement, storage and distribution of goods, ensuring shipments are planned and executed efficiently from origin through to customer delivery.Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management and Planning Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across UK and European shipments. Plan the movement, storage and distribution of goods in line with customer requirements and stock availability. Monitor shipment and vessel schedules, proactively identifying potential delays and communicating updates.
