Pension contribution.   Day Shift     Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:30. Friday 08:00 – 12:30. 37.5 hours a week.  1 hour lunch break. The hours can be flexible based on a Monday – Friday 37.5 hour week for the right candidate.     Requirements   Manage a team of Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives. Lead, guide and develop the team. Manage team performance and KPI’s. Manage stock, materials, inventory, storage and despatch. Work closely with production, procurement and the sales department. Able to support with projects. 5s and implement lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.   Process documentation and administration.
