Responsibilities Manage all site logistics operations across the project. Coordinate deliveries, plant movements, storage areas and material distribution. Develop and implement logistics plans and traffic management strategies. Liaise with contractors, suppliers and client representatives. Ensure safe access, egress and movement around the project site. Manage logistics teams, gate personnel and marshals. Monitor site congestion and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
